About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire.
• Candidates must be within a reasonable distance of the Idaho location.

Responsibilities

• Greet telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Accept inquiries and referrals for Anchor House services using excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Perform intake procedures and schedule new cases as a follow-through of the inquiry process.
• Maintain client records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
