About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience leading warehouse operations within 3PL and/or 4PL environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse economics and P&L impact.
• Experience managing labor models, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of domestic and international logistics, including ocean freight.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Available for onsite leadership in Las Vegas.

• Experience within packaging, manufacturing, CPG, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize warehouse operations during the transition from a 3PL to a 4PL model.
• Own the operational and financial performance of warehouse and logistics functions.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight partners, and vendors.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, including pallet handling and storage; picking, packing, boxing, and loading; and domestic and international shipping.
• Monitor and control pallet and storage fees, labor hours, shipping and freight costs, and packaging and handling expenses.
• Build and manage labor models across hourly and salaried teams, aligning staffing with operational demand.
• Track KPIs related to throughput, accuracy, service levels, labor productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with production, supply chain, finance, and leadership to align operational and business priorities.
• Support international logistics coordination, including ongoing shipments from China.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and scalability initiatives.
