About The Position

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 1-2 years of experience working with dogs in a group setting (daycare or boarding)
• Confident reading dog body language and managing group dynamics
• Comfortable with hands-on, physically active work

Responsibilities

• Safe, well-supervised group play where every dog can socialize and burn off energy
• A clean, organized, sanitized space that keeps dogs healthy and comfortable
• Dogs who feel genuinely cared for, from feeding and walks to baths and grooming
• Early awareness of behavior or health concerns, caught and reported before they become bigger issues
• A daycare environment that runs smoothly because the whole team supports each other
