• Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and schedule training sessions
• Administer orientation training
• Handle responses to training inquiries
• Ensure compliance with current training matrix requirements and updates
• Communicate training metrics
• Actively participate in improvement initiatives
• Look for opportunities to enhance work productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a level temperament in stressful situations
• Show competency in job knowledge and skills
• Take on additional assignments
• Stay updated on all certifications and training requirements for the role
• Monitor own work to meet quality standards and goals
• Adhere to organizational quality policy guidelines and regulatory compliance
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
