About The Position
Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Assistant Teacher to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. The role supports children’s growth and development through attentive care, age-appropriate learning experiences, and collaboration with educators and families. The position is located at 3880 Fountain Hills Dr NW in Prior Lake, Minnesota, and is onsite. The assistant teacher is expected to support Cadence Education’s philosophy and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment. The role requires meeting all state preschool teacher assistant requirements, flexibility to help during business hours, and a strong interest in infants and their development. Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus. Responsibilities
- Support Cadence Education’s philosophy and help foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Document children’s daily milestones and share them with parents.
- Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum.
- Observe children’s interests, keep them safe, and extend their play with language, toys, and activities.
- Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
- Share ideas for a balanced daily schedule that includes varied quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine and gross motor activities.
