Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer Services experience required
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive the patient and direct them to the services needed.
- Make appointments and make preliminary assessment category of payment for patients.
- Make patient appointments and follow up appointments.
