About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow strict safety and infection control protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in dental assisting or sterilization technology preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical sterilization environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of dental instruments.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.
• Support the delivery of high-quality dental care.
