About The Position
The Sterilization Tech I position is with Marshall Medical Centers South in Surgery and is a full-time, mid-shift role. The position’s general duties describe its principal functions and are not a complete list of all work requirements that may be inherent in the role. The position is supervised by the Surgical Services Unit Charge Nurses and the Director of Surgical Services. Sterile processing national certification is required. Supply chain experience is preferred, including pulling surgical supplies for the case load and instruments.
Requirements
- Sterile processing national certification is required.
- Current BCLS certification is required.
- High school graduate.
- Advanced training is preferred.
