About The Position
Unitus Security, Georgia's Premier Security Guard Service for Class A Commercial and Mixed-Use Properties, is seeking Security Officers who demonstrate trust, integrity, commitment, urgency, and a service mindset that consistently exceeds client expectations. Our leadership team is actively engaged at the property level, ensuring you are supported, trained, and held to the highest standards of performance. Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys protecting and helping others
- Must present a professional demeanor and maintain a service-oriented presence
- Ability to build camaraderie and trust with team members, property management, tenants, and residents
- Ability to lead and direct officers during assigned shifts when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to patrol assigned property and remain alert and engaged
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Must comply with all uniform, grooming, and appearance standards as a condition of employment
- Must adhere to attendance and call-out policies, including proper notification procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 3 years of prior security experience; 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or customer service experience (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Consistent enforcement of property rules, company policies, and client directives
- The ability to execute duties as assigned without deviation, based on site-specific expectations
- A commitment to professional conduct, appearance, and communication standards at all times
- Understanding that all assignments are client-driven environments, and flexibility is required to meet operational needs
- Engage with tenants, guests, and clients to create a positive and professional experience
- Enforce property code of conduct and site-specific rules
- Coordinate with law enforcement and property management as needed
- Execute assigned post orders with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain active presence and visibility throughout the property
