About The Position

We are committed to providing the most reliable and comprehensive security solutions to ensure the safety of our people, property and assets. The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of the premises, providing expert advice to client management on physical security practices, and managing access control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with proven experience in supervising security personnel and implementing effective security protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, with a focus on physical security and access control systems.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a security guard force.
- In-depth knowledge of physical security practices, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
- Strong understanding of access control systems, including configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and build relationships with clients and staff.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
