About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The position is located in Ottawa, Kansas, and is full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, on the second shift from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The hourly wage is $16.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

The role involves observing security screens, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, and helping protect people and property. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
