About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Deer Park, New York. The officer will monitor security systems and scan screens for suspicious activity, identifying potential threats before they escalate. The role also involves documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, patrolling premises, controlling access to secure areas, and helping protect people and property. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., totaling 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage of $18.10. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a New York State security license.
