About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking dependable Security Officers / Gate Attendants to support warehouse and distribution center operations in Aurora, Colorado. The role is the first point of contact for drivers, visitors, and associates entering the facility. It suits people who can work independently, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a safe and secure environment. Previous security experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a professional attitude can be trained.

The position offers a full-time schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with weekly pay. Training is provided in guard shack and gatehouse operations, truck check-in procedures, dock door assignments, customer service and driver relations, site security procedures, and warehouse operations. Benefits are available after 60 days, with career advancement opportunities and a promote-from-within culture.

Responsibilities

• Check in and verify inbound and outbound truck traffic.
• Monitor gate access and maintain facility security.
