About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard in Burlington, Wisconsin. The role focuses on monitoring security systems and video feeds to spot threats before they escalate, including in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday and Monday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The pay is $18.75 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.

• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
