About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Windom, Minnesota. The officer will monitor screens and security systems to spot threats and suspicious activity before they escalate, in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. This is a part-time position scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., with an hourly wage of $17.50. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a uniform provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
