Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor weigh scales to measure the weight of incoming and outgoing agricultural products accurately.
• Record and verify weight data, ensuring all entries are complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate the timely processing of loads.
• Maintain scale house equipment, perform routine inspections, and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Manage documentation related to shipments, including tickets, manifests, and electronic records, ensuring proper filing and data integrity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
• Assist in inventory tracking and reporting by providing accurate weight data to relevant departments.
