About The Position

UtiliSave is seeking a Partnership and Sales Associate to drive growth by building and managing a network of Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) and converting inbound leads into signed clients. The company has been a leader in utility bill auditing for over 35 years, helping clients achieve significant savings. This role is ideal for a B2B closer with a strategic mindset, experienced in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered outreach, and email automation, and who leverages data to optimize campaigns. The associate will also represent UtiliSave at industry events and help position the CEO as a thought leader. Clients include hospitals, manufacturers, commercial and residential building portfolios, universities, hotels, and government facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with C-suite and senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong quota history.
  • Exceptional communicator: sharp in writing, polished in presentation, credible in the boardroom.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with outreach platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or comparable tools.
  • Must reside in a US state within one (1) hour of Eastern Time.
  • Permanent US work authorization required: US Citizen or active Green Card holder only.

  • Automation and reporting tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a network of Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs).
  • Convert inbound leads generated by the marketing team into signed clients.
  • Represent UtiliSave and find opportunities for the CEO to demonstrate thought leadership at industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Utilize data to sharpen sales campaigns.
