About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license for company-driving positions.
• Able to pass a required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Able to bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems.
• Use roofing tools and equipment and handle roofing materials.
• Set up fall protection.
• Help complete roofing jobs safely and efficiently.
• Travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time when required.
• Work overtime when needed.
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment.
