About The Position

Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Roofers for projects in or around Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a first-shift opportunity with pay of up to $35 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Roofers work alongside craftsmen focused on safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Previous commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to work safely at heights.
• Basic tools, including an impact driver.
• Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed work boots.
• Reliability and safety-consciousness.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roofing installations and repairs.
• Install roofing decking and related materials.
• Install and repair EPDM roofing systems.
• Install and repair rubber roofing systems.
• Install metal roofing systems.
• Read and interpret roofing plans and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to complete roofing projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and quality standards.
