About The Position

Tecta America New England is hiring entry-level commercial roofers in Brockton, Massachusetts. The company offers full-time, year-round work, career advancement opportunities, and training with an emphasis on employee safety and career growth. Starting pay is $22+ per hour, based on experience, with a $500+ sign-on bonus; actual compensation depends on factors including knowledge, skills, training, and experience, and may include bonuses and other compensation. Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC. The work is primarily local, within one hour, and takes place in outdoor field conditions with exposure to heights, noise, and varying temperatures. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift 25 pounds or more regularly and 50 pounds or more occasionally.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform activities including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, standing, and walking.
Reliable transportation to and from jobsites and the warehouse.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
