About The Position

Tecta America New England is hiring commercial roofers for production crews in Portland, Maine. Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC. Starting pay is $25 or more per hour, based on experience, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience is preferred; the company will train suitable candidates.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 or more pounds and occasionally lift 50 or more pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites and the warehouse.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
