About The Position

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current TB test.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Ability to maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
• Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for clients.

• Support patients in remaining as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
