About The Position
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a full-time, day-shift Registered Nurse for its Miami Home Health team in Miami, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, developing plans of care, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions, and supervising and coordinating other licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned. The nurse also provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The posting notes that the position may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements. It also identifies potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals; standard precautions must be followed.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. For Hospice only, current CPR issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required in lieu of BLS.
- Other certifications and competencies required based on the service-line skill.
- Follow standard precautions in light of potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals.
Nice To Haves
- For Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse).
