About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Home Health in Traverse City, Michigan, for a five-day, eight-hour day shift. The role requires current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must meet the listed credentialing and screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
