Impact Valuation Group (IVG) is expanding nationwide and is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers for either full-time W-2 employment or an independent appraiser membership arrangement. Both models provide consistent appraisal order flow, full appraisal independence, and centralized support intended to reduce administrative work, without sales pressure or client chasing. The full-time W-2 staff appraiser option offers a base salary, consistent monthly order volume, and production incentives after the monthly quota is achieved. IVG provides support staff to manage workflow, platforms, and coordination, and offers an appraiser-led team environment with collaboration and mentorship. Employee benefits are discussed during the interview process. Progressive membership participation, profit-sharing eligibility as volume and tenure grow, and long-term growth opportunities may also be available. The independent membership model is intended for appraisers seeking flexibility and higher per-order earnings while using IVG’s centralized infrastructure and order flow. Compensation uses a tiered distribution that increases with volume; members can accept additional orders beyond the minimum as their schedule allows. Monthly order volume determines the fee split, and eligible members may participate in company profit-sharing paid biannually, with higher volume unlocking increased participation. In either arrangement, the appraiser completes residential assignments in accordance with USPAP and client guidelines, conducts property inspections and verification, and develops credible opinions of value. The role requires timely communication, reasonable turnaround times, professional interactions, and consistent quality.
