About The Position

Impact Valuation Group (IVG) is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers to complete residential appraisal assignments. Candidates can choose between full-time W-2 employment and an independent appraiser membership model. Both options offer consistent order flow, appraisal independence, and centralized administrative support, with no sales pressure or client chasing.

The full-time W-2 option includes a base salary and a production incentive after the monthly quota is achieved. The incentive fee split is based on average file fee and order volume. IVG provides workflow, platform, and coordination support, and offers an appraiser-led team environment with collaboration and mentorship. Employee benefits are available, with details provided during interviews. Progressive membership participation, profit-sharing as volume and tenure grow, and longer-term opportunities in review, leadership, and specialty assignments may also be available.

The independent membership option offers tiered distributions that increase with volume. Members may accept orders beyond the minimum as their schedules allow, and may participate in company profit-sharing paid biannually. Higher volume unlocks increased participation in company profits.

Appraisers are responsible for completing residential assignments in compliance with USPAP and client guidelines, conducting inspections and measurements, verifying data, and developing credible, well-supported opinions of value. They must communicate with IVG support staff and leadership, meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality, and interact professionally with homeowners, agents, and lender partners.

Requirements

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing.
• Strong USPAP compliance history and attention to quality.
• Ability to complete assignments independently and professionally.
• Familiarity with UAD-compliant reports and common appraisal software.
• Reliable communication and responsiveness.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and inspection tools.
• Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup.

Responsibilities
