About The Position
Senior Real Estate Appraiser leads and completes complex commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty type valuations, from scope definition through delivery of USPAP-compliant reports for the purpose of mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, financial reporting purposes, estate purposes, dispute resolution and other intended uses.

- Experience with commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty type valuations
Responsibilities
- Leads and completes complex commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty type valuations.
- Manages the valuation process from scope definition through delivery of USPAP-compliant reports.
- Prepares reports for various purposes including mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, financial reporting, estate purposes, and dispute resolution.
