• Knowledge of Publix real estate legal documents, such as leases, amendments, and assignments.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, terms, procedures, and requirements.
• Knowledge of Publix real estate processes, structure, and operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Compass, SAP, Publix Property Portal (P3), and O365 solutions such as SharePoint, Teams, and Planner.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and create contracts, also known as lease records, in Compass for acquired shopping centers and Publix’s existing company-controlled portfolio. These include tenant contracts, adjacent property contracts, and internal rent contracts.
• Track, review, and manage lease compliance requests for approximately 4,000 Publix tenants, including requests for proof of insurance, sales reporting, proof of pest control services, and HVAC maintenance, to ensure obligations in each tenant’s lease agreement are met.
• Coordinate approvals for special events at all Publix retail stores, such as Blood Mobile visits and Girl Scout cookie sales.
• Provide miscellaneous support for the lease administration and compliance team.
