KeyBank•Overland Park, KS
•$71,000 - $125,000•Hybrid

About The Position

KeyBank’s Real Estate Capital Business & Technology Optimization team is seeking an AI Process Analyst to support AI and process improvement initiatives across Real Estate Capital (REC) and KeyBank Commercial Servicing (KCIS). The role works with business teams to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and turn them into practical solutions using AI, automation, and process redesign. Assignments span lending and servicing, with work prioritized according to business priorities, expected value, and delivery readiness. The analyst helps move opportunities from discovery through prototyping, testing, and implementation in partnership with business, technology, risk, and change management teams. The role combines process analysis with hands-on use of AI tools to build, test, and refine prototypes. Success means delivering trusted, measurable improvements—such as reduced manual work, faster completion, and greater consistency—and developing tested, repeatable capabilities that can be reused where appropriate. The position is hybrid, with a stated category of three or more days in-office. Occasional travel, including overnight stays, is expected. Physical demands include prolonged sitting; communicating face to face or by phone; frequent PC or laptop use; and occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of backpacks or computer bags weighing up to 10 pounds. The role is eligible for a base salary of $71,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for incentive compensation that may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. Placement within the range may depend on factors including skills, experience, and geographic location.

  • Maintain a shared view of REC and KCIS opportunities, including estimated value, delivery effort, dependencies, and risks.
  • Execute against agreed priorities and adapt assignments as business needs and delivery readiness change.
  • Establish baseline measures and track improvements in effort, turnaround time, quality, rework, and user adoption.
