About The Position

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management
• 3+ years in Supply, Demand, IBP
• Experience in managing large-scale programs/projects, business operations
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• PMP Certification
• Industry experience with Semiconductor industry
• Background leveraging Program Management Tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
• SiOps

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end Components portfolio by ensuring execution and reporting out in high-value meeting cadences with stakeholders
• Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions
• Oversee Components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution and delivery
• Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
• Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures
• Develop performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to effectively track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions based on data
