About The Position
The eDiscovery Program Manager runs the day-to-day eDiscovery program supporting the Litigation CoE, Legal, and Compliance. This role manages the operational lifecycle of matters including legal holds, preservation, defensible collection, and secure transfer for litigation, investigations, compliance matters, and subpoena responses. You are the primary operational point of contact for eDiscovery workflows—administering ESI tools, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring consistent execution and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Runs the day-to-day eDiscovery program supporting the Litigation CoE, Legal, and Compliance
- Manages the operational lifecycle of matters including legal holds, preservation, defensible collection, and secure transfer for litigation, investigations, compliance matters, and subpoena responses
- Acts as the primary operational point of contact for eDiscovery workflows
- Administers ESI tools
- Coordinates stakeholders and vendors
- Ensures consistent execution and documentation
