About The Position

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to help its growing Accounting organization operate as one global team. The role owns the connective programs and operating practices that keep the team aligned as it scales across multiple hubs, including annual goal setting, leadership operating cadence, organization-wide events and internal communications, and programs that support a connected distributed team. The Program Manager partners with Accounting leadership, the People team, Finance Systems, and hub leads. It combines chief-of-staff, program-management, and culture-building work. The position runs goal-setting and reporting cycles, improves organizational processes, maintains planning calendars and health metrics, and coordinates leadership meetings and events. It also supports employee experience, training and development, survey follow-up, global hub programs, recognition, contractor coordination, and team documentation. Anthropic currently expects staff to work from one of its offices at least 25% of the time, though some roles may require more office time.
