We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our Performance Product Engineering team. This role is located in Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Note on scope: Our platform operating model separates organizational leadership from technical leadership by design. Managers focus on people, delivery execution, and team effectiveness. This role provides leadership for the technical system, shaping architecture, defining standards, and setting direction across multiple teams and platforms. The two leadership functions work in close partnership, each bringing a distinct and complementary form of accountability. This is the senior technical leadership role for Performance Product Engineering, an organization of ~100 engineers building the performance measurement and attribution calculation platform underneath our wealth management and asset servicing products. You will operate as the solution architect for the organization: setting technical direction across teams, owning the cross-cutting design decisions that no single team can make alone, and partnering directly with the Director of Engineering as the org's principal technical voice. You will write code on the hardest parts of the system. As your scope expands, the focus shifts from individual execution to organizational outcomes. Your success will be measured by the results the entire organization achieves through your influence, direction, and technical leadership.
