About The Position
ORGANIC PLANT OPERATOR Salem, OH Description If you are looking for career opportunity with a well-established and successful company, this job is for you! Your responsibilities include the continuous and efficient running of the production equipment. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the willingness to learn and improve. The applicant must be reliable and able to work with attention to quality detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close cooperation with co-workers. Work 3-12 hour shifts and get paid for 40. On call 1 saturday a month . Pay is based on experience. This position is for night position
Requirements
- Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be willing to climb ladders and work around industrial equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime (including night and weekends)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
