About The Position
NIVA Health is hiring a recent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant graduate for its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider delivers care directly in patients’ homes or local facilities and receives comprehensive training and mentorship in advanced wound care techniques; prior experience is not necessary. The role includes hands-on wound care using modern therapies and assessment tools, collaboration with experienced clinical leaders on treatment plans and clinical skills, and development in documentation, patient communication, and care coordination. Providers also educate patients and their families about managing care. NIVA Health offers structured onboarding, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement in a supportive mobile care setting.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or a license in process.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow professionally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to new settings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
