About The Position
This full-time Physical Therapist position offers the chance to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic with a clear focus on patient progress. You will help patients improve movement, restore strength, reduce functional limitations, and return to the activities they need or enjoy. The caseload is primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal, with patients from 11 to 90 years old. This gives the role variety, from young patients recovering from sports-related concerns to older adults working on mobility, strength, and daily function.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
- Identify patient goals, physical limitations, pain levels, and movement concerns
- Develop individualized care plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation
- Support post-injury, post-surgical, and chronic pain-related recovery
- Teach patients home programs and safe movement strategies
- Track outcomes and revise treatment plans when needed
- Complete timely clinical documentation using WebPT
- Collaborate with PTAs to support consistent patient care
