About The Position
Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through empowering therapists to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care working closely with our amazing orthopedic surgeons and their teams. We contribute to the betterment of our patients and our communities by providing individualized care in a positive, collaborative atmosphere. This role focuses on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine within a team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine.
- Interest in a team atmosphere.
- Desire to work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
- Interest in becoming a Certified Instructor (CI) or a mentor.
- Interest in Orthopedic and Sports Residencies.
- Interest in the Leadership Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
- Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
- Contribute to the betterment of patients and communities through individualized care.
- Participate in clinic shadowing and surgery observation opportunities.
- Engage in learning and teaching opportunities, potentially becoming a CI or mentor.
- Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
