About The Position

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Belton. This role is ideal for a PT who wants to work with a steady caseload, provide meaningful patient care, and continue growing in a professional clinical setting. The primary caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old, creating variety in treatment planning, recovery goals, and functional needs.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels

Nice To Haves

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Complete evaluations for new patients
  • Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care
  • Build treatment plans for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, mobility issues, weakness, and post-surgical needs
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement training, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
  • Educate patients on home exercises and safe ways to support recovery
  • Adjust treatment plans based on progress and clinical response
  • Document care accurately in WebPT
  • Collaborate with PTAs and team members to maintain quality patient care
