The PT Cohort Program is a two-year initiative designed to connect, develop, and elevate physical therapists through collaborative learning, curated mentorship, and a personalized career roadmap. Their Best-in-Industry Mentorship Program offers structured, purpose-driven experience with 48 hours of 1:1 time with seasoned Physical Therapists trained specifically to mentor newer professionals. The APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program includes a full salary, over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Exam (cost included), completion of COMT certification, a strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and manual therapy skills, and 150 hours of mentorship. Requirements

  • Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
  • Commitment to top quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
  • Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).
  • Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
  • Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
  • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
  • Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
