About The Position

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in certified payroll.
• Proficiency in certified payroll processes.
• Expertise with payroll systems such as Paycom.
• Experience with union payroll and construction industry payroll.
• Strong reconciliation and auditing skills.
• Knowledge of payroll tax and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with prevailing wage laws under the Davis-Bacon Act.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of certified payroll data for public and government-funded projects.
• Support payroll operations through processing, reconciliation, and auditing.
• Perform data entry related to payroll processing.
• Handle payroll tax calculations and accounting duties.
