The Payroll Analyst plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, with primary responsibility for global payroll operations and support for U.S. biweekly payroll. The position supports the full payroll lifecycle, including payroll processing, reconciliations, tax and deduction reviews, reporting, payroll system administration, and coordination with internal teams and external payroll providers. The role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time across multiple countries, resolves payroll discrepancies, and maintains strong controls and data integrity. Success is measured through payroll accuracy and timeliness, effective issue resolution, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement that reduces payroll risk, errors, and manual effort. This is an individual-contributor role without direct supervisory responsibility, though it may provide informal guidance, training, or work direction to others on a project basis. It is a remote position requiring a reliable, confidential workspace and consistent internet connectivity. The schedule must align with Eastern Time, with flexibility for payroll deadlines and occasional meetings across global time zones. Occasional travel, typically 1–2 times per year, may be required for in-person team meetings, training, or other business activities. The position offers an annual salary range of $60,600 to $75,800 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation may vary based on location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, equity, and organizational needs.
