About The Position

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience (collision center experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts sourcing
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Review repair estimates and identify all required parts for each job
• Order parts accurately and promptly from approved vendors
• Verify pricing, availability, and delivery timelines to minimize repair delays
• Receive, inspect, and mirror match parts to repair orders upon arrival
• Manage returns, credits, and core parts efficiently and on a daily basis
• Maintain organized parts inventory and storage areas
• Communicate proactively with estimators and technicians regarding parts status
• Track and resolve parts delays, backorders, or discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation for insurance compliance and supplements
• Assist in negotiating pricing and maintaining vendor relationships
• Monitor and minimize obsolescence
