We are seeking an experienced PIP Arbitration Paralegal to join our team and manage assigned New Jersey PIP arbitration matters from preparation through resolution. This position will work closely with attorneys on arbitration preparation, legal writing, medical documentation, settlement negotiations, and overall case management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with New Jersey PIP arbitration and is comfortable reviewing medical records and billing, drafting basic legal briefs, negotiating with insurance carriers, and managing case deadlines.
