About The Position

Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to lead their therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri. This role is for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) who is ready to take the next step in their career. The position offers an opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing setting. Concept Rehab has been therapist-owned and operated for over 40 years, providing exceptional rehabilitation services throughout the Midwest and believes in supporting their clinicians with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Requirements

  • Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
  • Leadership or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
  • Manage daily therapy department operations
  • Maintain productivity, scheduling, and staffing
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
  • Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence
  • Help drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards
