About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant at The Terraces at Bonita Springs in Bonita Springs, Florida. The position is in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility and is scheduled for 40 hours per week. The posted pay range is $27 to $35 per hour. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered with an 18-month commitment.

The role provides support, local clinical mentorship, clinical education, and opportunities for career growth and leadership advancement. Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, or ability to obtain one in the state of practice.
