About The Position
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team. Whether you're looking for a full-time career, part-time flexibility, or PRN opportunities, you'll become part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping residents maximize their independence, improve function, and achieve their highest quality of life. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive skilled nursing environment, we'd love to meet you. The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents and develops individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life. Working under physician orders, the Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with nursing, rehabilitation, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care.
Requirements
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
