About The Position

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 0 years of CNA experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

• Post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including taking vital signs and assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, toileting, and transferring.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ care and conditions.
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support continuity of care and effective communication.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and follow infection-control and safety protocols.
