About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Honey Creek Commons. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting each resident with dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

The CNA collaborates with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care and contributes to a respectful, positive work environment. The position calls for physical stamina, strength, and endurance, along with a strong commitment to geriatric nursing and senior care excellence. Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide nursing services.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
