About The Position

A full-time, day-shift Certified Nursing Assistant at Aster Place Assisted Living helps create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting their physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. The CNA works collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and contribute to a respectful, positive workplace. The position calls for a supportive presence, physical stamina, strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and a passion for geriatric nursing and senior care.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Be able to collaborate and work as part of a team toward excellent resident care.
