About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Rosegate Commons Assisted Living. CNAs help foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and collaborating with nursing and facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Requirements
- Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.

- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
